Each product is printed by us on demand, due to them being customised we don’t accept returns under any circumstances unless it’s a fault of our own.

If in the event of delivery/shipping failure and the products are returned to us we will contact you to rearrange delivery. We will hold onto the parcel for maximum of 14 days at this point will then be donated or properly disposed of.
