We want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our delivery and returns policy so that you can shop with confidence.



Our normal turnaround time for personalised products is 3-6 working days before being dispatched. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on workload or stock availability. We will always do our best to ensure that your order is dispatched as quickly as possible.

We use reliable delivery partners such as Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri for all our parcel deliveries. In the unlikely event that your delivery is delayed, you can contact the delivery company directly for further information.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the delivery company. However, if your product does not arrive within a certain timeframe, we will provide a full refund and claim back compensation from them.


At Vizubo, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to provide a full refund or exchange once we have verified the issue. Please ensure you provide the correct 300dpi resolution and high quality files as we are not responsible of low-quality print.

Please note that we will not accept returns or provide refunds for products that are not faulty or incorrect due to a fault of our own. Your custom personalisation of products do not enable us to refund if you change your mind. All returns must be in their original packaging and unused within 7 days of delivery. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
